Austin has worked with St. Catherine’s for more than three years. He started in an HR Generalist role before becoming a Staff Development Specialist. Austin was promoted to Director of Human Resources in July of 2024.

Austin has an Associate of Science in Business Administration from Hudson Valley Community College and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from SUNY Plattsburgh.

Austin earned a Certified Professional credential from the Society for Human Resource Management and an Employment Law Certification from Cornell University.

Outside of work Austin enjoys golfing with family and friends during the summer months, competing in disc golf tournaments throughout the year and, as an avid sports fan, enjoys watching baseball, basketball, football, rugby, bowling and more. While Austin is not a fan of any specific teams, he enjoys watching all teams win.
