Leadership

Santino oversees all external communications, public relations, marketing, advertising, and promotions for the agency. He serves as the point of contact for and liaison to members of the media, elected officials, and other organizations. Santino and his team are charged with increasing the visibility and public awareness of the Agency, its various programs, and its events, as well as those of our Foundation.

Prior to joining our team, Santino directed the communications and public relations of more than ten different members of the state Legislature. He led marketing and communications for ABC’s Empire State Chapter, and he has worked in both professional sports and intercollegiate athletics in marketing and promotions capacities.

Santino holds the following degrees: an Associate in Applied Science from SUNY Delhi, as well as a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science from SUNY Cortland.
