As the head of Clinical Services, Jessica oversees all clinical programs for St. Catherine’s, including: CFTSS, Residential, Foster Care, psychology and psychiatry, and nursing. She provides clinical consultation and support to prevention and school social workers, and is also certified to conduct and she see clients one on one for specialized assessments such as sexual trauma, sexual risk assessment, and fire setting risk assessment.
Jessica has spent a total of 15 years of her career with St. Catherine’s, in addition to further experiences in the fields of children’s mental health, inpatient and outpatient mental health care and victim services.
She holds a dual Master of Arts degree in Counseling and Community Psychology and a Certificate of Advanced Study in Forensic Psychology with a concentration in Victimology. Jessica has also been qualified as an expert in the assessment and treatment of child victims and provided expert witness testimony in cases of severe abuse, neglect, child sexual abuse, and domestic violence.
