About the Lansingburgh Connects Program
This program is a collaborative initiative between St. Catherine’s Center for Children, the Lansingburgh School District, and Rensselaer County Mental Health.
The goal of the program is to link students and their families to vital mental health and social supports needed to bolster student educational achievement and improve youth and family health and well-being.
This program is a no-cost service available to all families within the Lansingburgh CSD. Each youth and family is provided with a Family Engagement Specialist who connects them to much needed resources.
