Albany, NY — The Albany FireWolves are set to bring holiday cheer to their fans and the community with their “Happy Howlidays” themed game against the Calgary Roughnecks on Saturday, December 14, at 7 PM.
Jaden Krueger, the Director of Game Presentation for the Albany FireWolves, and Michele O’Hare, the Executive Director of the foundation, with Alphie, Albany Firewolves mascot, talked to CBS6 about the upcoming event.
Krueger says, fans are encouraged to bring teddy bears to the game and during the second quarter, after the FireWolves score their first goal of the quarter, fans will be asked to throw teddy bears onto the field.
Each bear that is thrown will be donated to the Foundation of St. Catherine’s Center for Children.
