Access and Visitation is a supervised visitation program aimed towards offering a safe and supportive space for a non-custodial parent to visit with their child. This is a short term solution which typically consists of three, one hour visits. SCCC will then provide written documentation to the court reflecting the progress of the visits. All referrals come exclusively through Albany County Family Court. There are no exceptions to this referral process at this time. (If you have a custody case in Albany County Family Court, and you think this program may be of assistance, please reach out to your attorney or speak with your Family Court Judge. All referrals must come directly from the Court. There are no exceptions to this process.)
